The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 96 dwellings, including 38 affordable, with areas of open space, Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANGS); children’s play area; SuDS attenuation; highway works and new access from Folly Hill at land west of Folly Hill, Folly Hill, Farnham, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: WA/2016/1224, dated 14 June 2016, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule
