Appeal A is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 8 residential dwellings including access at (Site A) Land to the west of Langton Road, Norton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/00099/MOUT, dated 30 January 2015, subject to the fifteen conditions attached as Appendix A.
Appeal B is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 85 residential dwellings including access at (Site B) Land to the west of Langton Road, Norton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/00098/MOUT, dated 30 January 2015, subject to the sixteen conditions attached as Appendix B
