The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a mixed residential scheme to provide affordable, open market and over 55s sheltered accommodation, open space and new access on land to the west of Close Lane and north of Crewe Road, Alsager, Cheshire ST2 2TJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 13/1305N, dated 25 March 2013, subject to the conditions in Appendix 1.
