The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for erection of up to 28 residential dwellings (including 30% affordable) at Land to the rear of Archer’s Court Road, Whitfield CT16 3HP. The application Ref DOV/13/00360, dated 19 April 2013, was refused by notice dated 21 January 2014. The appeal is made by Suregold Ltd against the decision of Dover District Council.
