The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning application for up to 35 dwellings together with associated landscaping, open spaces and SUDS attenuation feature, at Land to the North of Bradford Road, Sherborne, Dorset, in accordance with the terms of application Ref: WD/D/14/002286, dated 1 September 2014, subject to the conditions in the schedule. The appeal is made by Catesby Property Group against the decision of West Dorset District Council.
