The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for “the demolition of two properties, No 47 Sovereign Drive and No 1 Precosa Road, alterations to Sovereign Drive and Precosa Road, to create a new access and for residential development on 4.2 hectares of land, including the provision of new roads, public open space, landscaping and drainage works” at land to the east of Sovereign Drive and Precosa Road, Botley, Southampton, Hampshire SO30 2NW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref F/13/73606, dated 14 November 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the annex hereto. The appeal is made by Bewley Homes plc against the decision of Eastleigh Borough Council.
