The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the construction of up to 275 dwellings, including access, landscaping, recreation and amenity open space, associated infrastructure, the demolition of no.28 Crewe Road and demolition of the single storey extension to no.56 Crewe Road, at Land to the east of Crewe Road, Shavington, Crewe, Cheshire East, CW2 5JB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/2069N, dated 17 May 2013, subject to the Schedule of conditions attached.
