The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 106 dwellings, together with access, parking, public open space with play facilities and landscaping at Land South of Wotton Road, Charfield, Gloucestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref:PT13/4182/O, dated 11 November 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against the decision of South Gloucestershire Council.
