The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the construction of 15 No residential dwellings with associated garaging/parking, formation of driveways and upgrading of existing access way on the Land south of Sunte House, off Gander Green, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1RZ. The application Ref 13/02587/FUL, dated 26 July 2013, was refused by notice dated 14 November 2013.
