Resurfacing of Strathmore Road and construction of access road and parking at Land south of Strathmore Road, Fambridge Road, North Fambridge, Chelmsford CM3 6NB. The application Ref FUL/MAL/13/00552, dated 10 June 2013, was refused by notice dated 5 September 2013. The appeal is made by Mr R Roe against the decision of Maldon District Council.
