The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development comprising 209 dwellings with associated garages, parking facilities, infrastructure, public open space, allotments, landscaping and access at land south of St Fremund Way, Whitnash, Leamington Spa, CV31 1AB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/12/0027, dated 12 January 2012, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
