Accordingly, the Secretary of State hereby allows the appeal by Kensington PT Partnership and grants planning permission for a development of 1150 dwellings, provision of a 1.5ha school site and 34.8 ha of parkland on the Land south of Queensway, St Annes, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire in accordance with application ref: 5/2008/0058 (as amended by Master Plan ref 7230:00:02D – see paragraph 6), subject to the conditions listed
at Annex B(i).
