The development proposed is the erection of up to 66 dwellings with associated landscaping, open space and vehicular and pedestrian access has been dismissed.
With the context to the appeal as set out above I identify here the main issues
to be determined. They are:
(a) Whether the Council can demonstrate a deliverable 5 year supply of
housing land;
(b) Whether the site is an acceptable location for the proposed
development;
(c) The impact of the proposed development on the character and
appearance of the village and its surroundings;
(d) The impact of the proposed development on heritage assets;
(e) In light of my findings on the above, and any other matters, the
planning balance to be struck.
