The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for Residential development of up to 125 dwellings, including infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping, along with the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new vehicular access off Sandpit Road at Land south of
Abberd Lane, Calne, Wiltshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 13/02833/OUT, dated 5 August 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule of Conditions attached to this decision.
