The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for development described as ‘outline application (with all matters reserved except access) for the erection of up to 40 dwellings with associated access, open space, landscaping and associated works’ at 151 and land to the rear of 151 Station Road, Quainton HP22 4BX in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/04041/AOP, dated 20 October 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
