Accordingly, for the reasons given above, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation and hereby allows your client’s appeal and grants outline planning permission for 39 dwellings and associated works, in accordance with application ref WP/2013/0398/OM dated 2 August 2013 and subject to the conditions in Annex A. The appeal is made by Bowbridge Land Ltd against the decision of Wellingborough Council.
