The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for development of up to 110 dwellings, including 40% affordable housing, structural planting and landscaping, informal open space, children’s play area, surface water attenuation, a vehicular access point from Worcester Road and associated ancillary works on Land off Worcester Road, Drakes Broughton, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/14/01611/OU, dated 24 July 2014, subject to the conditions in the Schedule at the end of the decision.
