The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a maximum of 98 dwellings, access onto Waingroves Road, and associated infrastructure, public open space potentially including informal open space, football pitch with car park and changing facilities, allotments, play area and ‘community plot’ at Land off Waingroves Road, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 9TB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref AVA/2011/0528, dated 8 June 2011, subject to the conditions 1) to 17) on the attached Annex 3.
