The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 226 dwellings with associated access with all other matters reserved at land off Tanton Road, Stokesley in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00337/OUT, dated 14 February 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision. The appeal is made by Johnson Brook against the decision of Hambleton District
Council.
