The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 200 dwellings (Use Class C3) together with an access roundabout on Stafford Road,public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure at land off Stafford Road, Penkridge in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/01022/OUT, dated 10 November 2017 subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision notice.
