The development proposed of residential development of up to 245 residential dwellings (including up to 40% affordable housing), structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play areas, vehicular access from Peppard Road and Kiln Road and associated ancillary works has been refused. The application Ref P16/S3630/O dated 31 October 2016, was refused by noticed dated 14 September 2017. The appeal is made by Gladman Development Ltd against the decision of South Oxfordshire District Council.
