The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of residential dwellings and class B1 (offices) / D1 (non residential institutions) on land off Lodge Lane, Nettleham LN2 2RS in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 132063, dated 21 October 2014, subject to the conditions in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Messrs Clark, Mann & Weldon against the decision of West Lindsey District Council.
