The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application with means of site access to be determined all other matters reserved for the erection of up to 55 dwellings (Class C3), public open space including woodland/amenity area, balancing pond and associated earthworks to facilitate surface water drainage, landscaping, car parking and other ancillary works on Land off Eastward Road, Malvern in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 13/01587/OUT, dated 5 December 2013 and subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Ms Sarah Milward, Taylor Wimpey Midlands against the decision of Malvern Hills District Council.
