The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application with means of access from Church Road and emergency access from Pumphouse Lane to be determined, (layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved for subsequent approval) for the erection of up to 200 dwellings (Class C3); site of up to 1,000 square metres, including building of up to 400 square metres for community use (Use Class D1); demolition of existing buildings and site remediation; public open space; earthworks; balancing pond; structural landscaping; car parking, and other ancillary works on land off Church Road, Webheath, Redditch, B97 5PG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2012/207/OUT, dated 25 July 2012, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.
