The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 45 dwellings (open market and affordable homes), construction of new vehicular access from Banady Lane, provision of road and drainage infrastructure and public open space at land off Banady Lane, Stoke Orchard, near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00074/OUT, dated 23 December 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule appended to my decision. The appeal is made by Knarsboro Homes Limited against the decision of Tewkesbury Borough Council.
