The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 25 No. new residential bungalows on land previously designated for educational use, and as agricultural prior to that at land north of Windsor Drive, Blyth, Northumberland in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/02762/FUL, dated 9 September 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
