The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development comprising 69 dwellings with associated access (via Harcourt Way) public open space and local equipped area of play, on land North of Danes Camp Way, Hunsbury Hill, Northampton, in accordance with the terms of the application ref N/2013/1325, dated 20 December 2013, subject to conditions set out in the schedule attached to this decision.
