The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 160 dwellings, including access and associated infrastructure, and the demolition of No 130 Congleton Road at land north of Congleton Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 1DN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 12/1903C, dated 17 May 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
