The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development for up to 41 houses (about 40% affordable) open space, allotments, site for village shop, car park, and footpath improvements to St Dunstan’s Church at Land north of Church Lane, Baltonsborough, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 8RP in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2012/2611, dated 31 October 2012, subject to the conditions contained within the attached schedule.
