The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 14 no. executive dwellings at land east of the Nursery, Medburn, Northumberland NE20 0BN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 12/00892/OUT, dated 19 March 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the annex to this decision.
