The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for ‘the demolition of two dwellings and existing farm house and associated farm buildings, the construction of a new access on Rownham Lane, the construction of up to 320 residential dwellings and a 60 unit extra care facility, the construction of a livery comprising stables for up to 30 horses and ménage, the change of use of land from agriculturaal to paddocks, and associated road/footway/cycleway provision, open space and landscaping, surface water attenuation and ancillary work’ on land east of Rownhams Lane, Rownhams, Hampshire in accordance with terms set out in the application, Ref 14/00726/OUTS dated 24 March 2014, subject to the conditions set out on the schedule. The appeal is made by Commercial Estates Group against Test Valley Borough Council.
