The appeal is allowed and planning permission (part outline, part full permission) is granted for a residential development comprising up to 126 dwellings, a sports pavilion, public open space, landscaping and associated works at land at The Manor, Shinfield, Reading RG2 9BX and bordered by Brooker’s Hill to the north, Hollow Lane to the east and Church Lane to the west in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref O/2011/0204, dated 27 January 2011, subject to the 55 conditions set out in the Schedule at the end of this Decision.
