The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for: ‘122 dwellings – details of access, layout, appearance and scale included (with landscaping reserved for subsequent approval); outline application for 3 dwellings – all matters reserved for future consideration apart from access; full application for 59 dwellings as phase 1; change of use of land to parkland including provision of a cycle path and drainage’ on land at the former St Ives Golf Course, Houghton Road, St Ives, Cambs PE27 6RW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 1301895OUT, dated 29 November 2013, subject to the conditions set out on the attached schedule. The appeal is made by BDW Developments and Trustees of St Ives (Hunts) Golf Club against the decision of Huntingdonshire District Council.
