The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for development of the site for residential purposes (approximately 70 dwellings) with associated public open space, landscaping and parking. Primary vehicular access from Temple Inn Lane to be determined, (internal access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved for subsequent approval) at Land at Temple Inn Lane, Temple Cloud, Bristol, BS39 in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/03562/OUT, dated 16/8/13, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule. The appeal is made by Mr E Bruegger against the decision of Bath & North East Somerset Council.
