The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application for up to 65 residential dwellings together with associated access, open space and landscaping at Spring Lane, Radford Semele, Leamington Spa, CV31 1XD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/14/0433, dated 26 March 2014, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions contained in the attached annex.
