The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development for 75 dwellings including 30 affordable dwellings (40% affordable housing provision), provision of SUDs and associated works on Land at Post Office Lane, Kempsey, Worcestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, 14/00625/FUL, dated 9 May 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule of Planning Conditions attached hereto and forming part of this decision. The appeal is made by David Wilson Homes (Mercia) Ltd against the decision of Malvern Hills District Council.
