The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the demolition of th existing glasshouses, bungalow, stables and outbuildings and a residential development of up to 268 dwellings including 30% affordable housing (incorporating 60 Senior living units) with associated access, public open space and landscaping at Land at Nyton Road and Northfields Lane, Westergate and Land off Fontwell Avenue, Eastergate. The application ref AL/61/13 dated 7 August 2013 was refused by notice dated 14 February 2014. The appeal is made by Land Fund Ltd against the decision of Arun District Council.
