The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for is residential development comprising up to 59 dwellings with associated highway works, landscaping and infrastructure improvements at land at Longcot Road, Shrivenham, Oxfordshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P13/V1514/O, dated 3 July 2013, subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 1 of this decision.The appeal is made by Taylor Wimpey UK Limited against the decision of Vale of White Horse District Council
