The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 49 new dwellings, including 15 affordable dwellings, public open space and landscaping with vehicular access via The Green, Horsham Lane; following the demolition of No's44 & 45 Larkfield at Land at Firethorn Farm & No’s 44-45 Larkfield, Plough Lane, Ewhurst, Surrey GU6 7SG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WA/2017/2362, dated 12 December 2017, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision.
