The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for development of land for up to 150 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated infrastructure, including pedestrian and vehicular access, open space and structural landscaping on Land at Cottage Farm, Glen Road, Oadby, Leicestershire LE2 4RL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/00478/OUT, dated 22 November 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the Appendix to this decision. The appeal is made by Bloor Homes Ltd., against the decision of Oadby & Wigston Borough Council.
