The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development to include associated roads and open space at land at Church Lane, Saxilby, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN1 2PE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 131174, dated 21 March 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the annex hereto. The appeal is made by Mr Tony Lawton of Lindum Homes, Pamela Mason and Caroline Madden against the decision of West Lindsey District Council.
