The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the residential development of up to 100 dwellings, vehicular access from Swindon Road, open space, landscaping and other associated infrastructure at Land at Berkeley Farm, Swindon Road, Wroughton SN4 9BZ in accordance with the terms of the application, S/OUT/14/1005/TB, dated 13 June 2014, subject to the conditions contained within the Schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Ainscough Strategic Land against the decision of Swindon Borough Council.
