The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for proposed development of 175 dwellings including vehicular access, pedestrian links,public open space, car parking, landscaping and drainage (all matters reserved)at Land at Asher Lane, Ruddington, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 18/00300/OUT, dated 1 February 2018, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
