The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development (up to 22 houses) and construction of a modified vehicular access, with associated highways and drainage infrastructure and other accommodation works at land adjacent to Marbren House, Mill Lane, Tibberton TF10 8NL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref TWC/2014/1080, dated 2 December 2014. The appeal is made by Mr Adrian Seabridge – Seabridge Development Limited against Telford and Wrekin Council.
