The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of 21 affordable dwellings consisting of four 1-bed bungalows, twelve 2-bed houses, four 3-bed houses and one 4-bed house with associated external works and parking at Land Adjacent to 37 St. Johns Avenue, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 8DE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/01264/FUM, dated 13 November 2014, subject to the conditions in Annex A. The appeal is made by Flagship Housing Group against the decision of East Cambridgeshire District Council.
