The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 30 dwellings at land adjacent and to the rear of 13 Holly Tree Drive, Nether Peover, Cheshire in accordance with the terms of the application, 14/00419/OUT, dated 23 January 2014, subject to the conditions contained within the Schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Mr David Russell, Mr Allan Helman and Mr Nick Ratcliffe against Cheshire West & Chester Council.
