The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 84 no. dwellings including means of access (from Knightcote Road), new footway on Knightcote Road, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure, with all other matters (appearance, landscaping,layout and scale) reserved for subsequent approval, at Land east of Knightcote Road, Bishops Itchington, Warwickshire CV47 2SP, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 14/03419/OUT, dated 5 December 2014, subjectto the conditions contained in the Schedule to this decision. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against Stratford on Avon Distrit Council.
