The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 44 dwellings and detailed means of access at Jawbone Lane, Melbourne, Derbyshire DE73 8BW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 9/2014/1141, dated 28 November 2014, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Investin Properties(Jersey) Ltd against South Derbyshire District Council.
