The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for up to 92 dwellings (including up to 50% affordable housing), landscaping, public open space and children’s play area, surface water attenuation, vehicular access from Horcott Road and associated ancillary works, in accordance with application ref: 16/01766/OUT, dated 28 April 2016. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments against Cotswold District Council.
