The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development (up to 70 dwellings) and associated infrastructure (all matters except access reserved for subsequent approval) at Land at Hoby Road, Asfordby in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 16/00570/OUT, dated 15 August 2016, subject to the attached Schedule of conditions. The appeal is made by Jelson Ltd. against the decision of Melton Borough Council.
